By inviting FluxCore to your Discord server or using its dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Usage License

FluxCore is provided "as is". You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the bot for your Discord server management needs.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the bot for illegal activities or to violate Discord's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the bot's code.
• Spam commands or intentionally degrade the bot's performance.

3. Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for maintenance or violation of these terms.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available via subscription. Payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

5. Liability

FluxCore developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including data loss or service interruptions.
